GENERAL RULES
A. All items MUST be made from scratch, except for classes 7-9, 41-43.
B. All baked items must be whole and out of pan.
C. Display items on paper plate or foil-covered cardboard.
D. All items must be covered with a transparent material or in food grade plastic bags.
E. Each participant may submit ONLY one entry per class.
F. A sample of each baked item will be kept for display, remainder will be donated to Cowley County 4-H Foods Sale/Auction.
All Premiums are 1st - $2.50 and 2nd - $1.00 unless stated otherwise.
